This Thursday, Studio 101 is hosting Show Love CamThis Thursday, Studio 101 is hosting Show Love Camera Club. We have several photographers across 3 beautiful fully equipped studios in Deptford, SE8 4NT. You are asked to bring 3 outfits, as you feel comfortable. Most models are coming as single, but if you have a partner you can bring them along (no charge). A small contribution of £20 to help us cover the cost of the decor and overheads for the event. This is a non-profit club that is here to help photographers and models meet and create content. You will have your photos in time for Valentines Day SHOW LOVE CAMERA CLUB Jobs to do during the day… 1. Amazon deliveries – helium gas and 2 x 2 packs red and black hearts due to arrive 08/02 – Daniella (All Smiles Organisers will use these on her set). 2. A2 x 5 posters should have been delivered 07/02 please make sure these go up 08/02 latest, as want everyone to see we are also doing shoots on Valentine’s Day. 1 poster in window, 2 on black pillar out front, 1 on courtyard gate & 1 where you think best. 3. Please get a couple of bottles of rose down from platform 1 and the plastic champ glasses. There might be glass ones in cupboard that can be used as prop in photos, please put in studio 1 on a plinth. The rose can be kept in the fridge for now and taken out and offered to attendees when they arrive. 4. Get a clip board and pen and leave that at front. This will be useful to mark down everyone on arrival. Event Rundown… - Daniella will be arriving 3/4pm to start decor against red wall and white cove. She will be staying for first hour of the event to help with attention to detail in shots and getting some BTS. - Nia will be arriving 6-6.15pm she will be assisting Fanny, helping offer everyone an arrival drink, doing register, charging anyone who needs to buy a ticket and taking BTS. - So far, we have 4 confirmed models; El, Karina, Sofia, Aniko & Sara-May. The black studio can be their dressing room for the event. Take the white mirror from studio 1 and put it in there. - Confirmed photographers; Emma, Roberta, Ethan (Seyi), Herminder, Mark, Oana (maybe a couple more which I will whatsapp over). - Team:- Fanny Beckman, Daniella, Nia RPJ Solse tbc. - 3 sets (Red Wall lounge, Rose Corner White studio & Cove in white studio). - Each model has been asked to bring 3 outfits, each model needs to rotate to have photos in each set. The photographers need to be told how long they get with each look, and opportunity to shoot in every set and hopefully every model too. - PLEASE TAKE BTS OF THE DECOR/SETS BEFORE THEY ARE IN USE. PHOTO AND VIDEO. And of course, BTS of the event too. Tidy studio as usual but leave decor as it is, put it back to tidy display, customers using it on Sat and we are using it all again on 14/02..
